Plans:
Intec currently has offices in Chattanooga,
Knoxville, and Greensboro NC. We perform work in all areas of the continental US –
From New York to Los Angles, From Seattle, to Houston, From Chicago to Miami.
Current
Staff:
Intec has approximate 50 full time employees. Intec is a
professional telecommunications company specializing in contact centers, converged
business systems, and structured cabling system design, installation, and maintenance.
Intec has both AutoCad and VISO Professional software. We have trained technicians
who routinely utilize both software systems. Intec will provide VISO drawings of all
office layouts and of rack configurations. We can provide examples upon request.
Intec has extensive experience in call
centers and business phone system station moves, adds, and changes. Intec personnel have
designed, installed, and/or operated most major switching systems and small office phone
and voicemail systems. We understand the customer requirements and the timeliness that is
required to perform this function. Intec personnel can provide end-to-end service from
ranging all required PBX programming to physically moving the phone, labeling, and
performing all required cross-connects. Also, troubleshooting dial tone is a company
strong point. Intec personnel take a systematic, organized approach to problem solving
that expeditiously closes a trouble ticket and restores service to the customer.
Intec has designed, installed, and maintained large campus networks.
Our customers include banking, insurance, medical, heavy industrial, and small and medium
companies. From hub and switches to email, VPN, and web integration, Intec can provide
complete turn-key solutions.
Our staff of electrical engineers and RCDDs has years of experience and training in the
telecommunications field. All of our technicians have a training plan that includes BICSI
certification. Our references show the quality and quantity of structured cabling that we
have performed. Intec is a Siecor EWP. We have installed miles of Siecor fiber this year
alone. Five of the customers that we have installed Siecor fiber for are US Pipe,
Chattanooga State Technical Community College, Shaw, Bunge, and UnumProvident
