Structured Cabling
Intec can design and
install all aspects of a structured cabling system including data and
voice cabling to the work station, the internal backbone
(distribution), and the testing and documentation of all cable
types. Cable types may be any combination of copper, fiber optic,
or coaxial.  Our
factory-trained installers utilize only rated materials and components,
from proven manufacturers like CommScope Systimax and Uniprise, Corning, Panduit,
ADC, and Siemon.
OSP
Distribution Cabling
 Intec offers a complete line
of services related to Outside Plant (OSP) communication distribution
cabling. These services include
design and installation of all types of cables (copper, fiber optics,
coaxial) that may be placed both aerially and underground on the
customer’s premise. We also
supply all related support structures required (poles, guying, hand
holes, manholes, etc.).

MDU/Security System Cabling
Cabling systems in MDU (Multi-family Dwelling Unit) environments
typically require the installation of voice, data, CATV, and security
cabling systems. Intec’s
installers and technicians are trained to properly locate outlets and
communication boxes within the tenant units and to stay fully informed
of construction and building turnover schedules. We can help the owner/developer
determine the correct configuration of data and voice cables so future
deployment of high-speed access to a property LAN or to the Internet
will be simple.
System Design/CAD/Documentation
In consultation with the customer, Intec provides
design and construction documents for any size project --  CAD drawings, cable route
drawings, installation procedures, material specifications, Bill of
Materials (B.O.M.’s), project schedules, Scope of Work, and performance
testing requirements. Intec can
provide project personnel to manage or assist in project
implementation.
